Kim West Padgitt, EA
President and Founder
Kim West Padgitt is the President and Managing Principal of The Tax Advantage, LLC. Kim started the firm out of a desire to help those underserved by typical accounting and tax firms. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan with a degree in Business Management and Accounting. She then sat for and passed the Enrolled Agent exam. She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and information in the areas of taxation and managerial accounting as well as Fractional CFO services.
Sharon Bateman
Lead Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer
Sharon joined The Tax Advantage LLC in 2021. She provides accounting and tax support to the executive team. Sharon’s background is in administrative and staff accountant support to public accounting and law firms.
Julie Bailey
Office Manager
Julie joined The Tax Advantage LLC in 2023. She oversees the administrative and client service support for the firm. Julie has several years of experience providing administrative, bookkeeping and tax preparation support to healthcare companies and law firms.
